Royal Moonphase Jumbo – 1944 / A Complicated Classic in stainless steel
The Royal was introduced in 1947 as the most prestigious model in post-war catalogue — and this Reference 2486 shows exactly why. Housed in a rare 37 mm stainless steel case, it features a complete calendar with moonphase complication.
The elegant dial showcases day and month windows at the top a moonphase within the sub-seconds at six, and a vibrant blue date track encircling the design. Combined with gold hands, a blue date hand, and the warm patina of time, this piece has undeniable charisma.
Preserved in beautiful original condition, this Cosmic wears large, both in size and presence. For collectors of complication watches, this one is pure stardust.
